How to make a GP or Treatment Room appointment

Telephone contact is available from 8:30am - 1:00pm and 2:00pm - 5:30pm.  To arrange a telephone triage with the GP please ring the practice on 02886762207 between 8:30am - 9:30am. For a Treatment room or Practice nurse appointment please telephone the practice during practice opening hours.

Alternatively visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use this information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

 

Cancellations

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel an appointment.

Home visits

If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need.

To request a home visit, it’s helpful if you phone the practice as soon after 8.30am as possible.

However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:

  • by phone
  • face to face at the surgery
  • on a video call
  • by text or email

Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.

Dalriada Urgent Care Provides emergency cover for the practice between 6.00pm and 8.30. This service also operates at weekends and bank holidays. Dalriada Urgent Care is for emergencies only.

Accident & Emergency Department

The nearest Accident & Emergency Departments are Antrim Area and Causeway Hospital.
